Free damage assessment

Step 1 of 2
What kind of damage do you have?

Pick all that apply.

The assessment is free. Any tarping, hauling or repair work is quoted separately.

Example of a water-stained bedroom ceiling with a bucket on the floor Roof leak warning signsBrown water stain, sagging drywall and a drip into the bucket
The problem

Storm damage isn't always obvious from the driveway.

High winds can lift shingles and flashing, drop limbs on roofs and fences, and tear soffit, fascia and siding. Some of it is easy to see. Some of it only shows up later as a stain or a draft.

Things worth having assessed after Isaias:

  • Shingles or pieces of shingle in the yard or gutters
  • A tree or large limb that hit the roof, a wall, a fence or a shed
  • Loose or missing soffit, fascia, siding or gutters
  • New stains, bubbling paint or sagging on a ceiling
What you get

A clear plan before you authorize any work.

The free assessment ends with documents you keep, whether or not you hire us.

Hiring after a hurricane

Before you authorize any work.

Hold every contractor to these rules, including us.

Verify the license and trade scope

Look up any contractor at MyFloridaLicense.com and check the license covers the work. Ours: CGC1533136 (Certified General Contractor), CBC1266054 (Certified Building Contractor) and CCC1335186 (Certified Roofing Contractor). New Force Construction LLC is licensed and insured.

Get scope and price in writing

Florida law requires an itemized good-faith estimate before you sign a repair agreement tied to an insurance claim.

Walk away from "we'll cover your deductible"

Waiving or rebating your deductible is insurance fraud in Florida.

Know your 10-day right

If the Governor has declared a state of emergency for your area, you can cancel a roof contract within 10 days of signing or by the official start date, whichever comes first.
